Journey to Shopping Dreams_Week 7

I'M BACKKKKK!!!!!! 

I've been MIA with my workouts for two weeks due to stress in my life. I couldn't keep up with the stress and working out but i got back to my workouts because i am determined to reach my goals and change my life forever!!!

MESSAGE BOARD: MoLove2025 CHANGING WORKOUT.....so its like this i get bored with workouts easily so i like to change it up every 30 days or so. Now i was on Insanity (loved the intensity)....not that i cant finish it but i dont think i am ready for month two yet. I dont want to repeat month one again so i am going to try 30day shred with some resistance strength training and some additional cardio for the next 30days starting tomorrow. Later on i will return to Insanity and complete the entire 60 days straight through so for now i am going to up my endurance level to prepare for an insane workout.
 

Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Week 1

Sunday March 11, 2012 

 (Day 1 of 30day shred Level 1) Today was the first day of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred....it was great the month of insanity sure proved helpful but because i havent worked out in about two weeks it was a great workout. The workout went quick which i love because i dont like long videos. HR average was 166/85%

Monday March 12, 2012

 (Day 2 JM 30day shred) my HR was 164/84% . also i used my resistance bands for the weights today i think i am going to alternate days using those with the workout. I feel all-some afterwards. I feel like i just let a lot of stress leave my body. i am glad to back to my workouts they make me feel less stressed.
MESSAGE BOARD: MoLove2025 i keep getting coupons in the mail for clothes and shoes at the places i shop the most......it is motivation to lose weight but its so sad cause i want to go shopping. Hopefully those same coupons will come once i get to my 1st and 2nd goal!!!!  
MESSAGE BOARD: MoLove2025 stress is really killing my calorie goals.....i am barely making it to 1200....i dont know what to do....ive lost my appetite for food.

 (Day 3 JM 30day shred) I am really feeling the burn in my legs which makes me feel like i am pushing hard and soon that pain will go away. I am glad the workout is only 30 minutes because thats all the time i had. I made sure to get it in before i left for the day.

Today i didnt workout because the first three days of the workout has my body sore. So not to overwork or strain anything i decided to take a rest day and continue tomorrow.

 (Day 4 JM 30day shred) its amazing how a 30 min workout can really get you going. I'm really loving this DVD. Hopefully i can lose 10 to 15 lbs doing this workout. We will see how things go.

 (Day 5 JM 30day shred) HR was around 170 most of the workout. I waited till the end of the day before dinner to workout. I had more energy to push harder which always sounds good to me. Im glad i am sticking with my workouts.....i will be smaller and healther soon enough.

 (Day 6 JM 30day Shred) Wow today i felt like it didnt take as much to complete the workout. I am glad that i can handle the workout with little to no rests in-between. I still pushed myself and it showed threw the sweet that was coming off of my body. I cant wait to see the 30 day results.

 (Day 7 JM 30day shred) today i almost missed my workout because i feel asleep and when i woke up i didnt feel like working out. I gave my self some time and got my booty up and worked out. I am so glad i did. I think in the next two months people are going to see a big change in my weight. I am going to get to my goal soon enough i am in no hurry this isnt a race for me but something to change my life forever!!!!! #Dedication
