Week 2 of INSANITY. I really didnt feel like working out today, but i pushed myself anyways. I wanted to quit during the exercise multiple times but i refused to stop and kept going. I may not of worked my hardest but i did still push. Tomorrow is a new day.

  Today was pure cardio with insanity. I really pushed myself today (90-98%). I worked out this evening though. spent the day with Eddie. Looking at old pics of myself when i was in high school and when i lost alot of weight before and it encouraged me to get up and workout even though i really didnt feel like it. YES TO DEDICATION!!!!

I ate at hooters today so the workout today was just burning all that junk i ate. I am half way through week 2 of insanity. If i keep this up i will be skinny before i know it. I can do this!

To day (DAY 11 WEEK 2) was cardio recovery for insanity...no problem for the most part doing the stretches. Staying focused!!!
MESSAGE BOARD: molove2025 I haven't seen a change in my clothes or the way i look but i know that all the hard work is paying off.....the scale tells me, the inches lost tells me, my strength to endure insanity tells me, and last but not least the way i am feeling tells me that i am on the right path to my SHOPPING DREAMS!

FOOD:  I didnt have much to choose from due to the fact i need to go grocery shopping but i did come up with something delicious.

Chicken Stir-fry pizza
Ingrediants:  6 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 
1 cup Sliced Zucchini
1/4 cup diced Onions
1/2 cup diced Green bell peppers
1 Jalepeno pepper  
6 tsp Old Elpaso- Hot & Spice Taco seasoning
Grands Jr - Golden layers
Shredded Cheese
Preperation: Slice and sautee chicken breast until fully cooked, break up as much as possible then add in Zucchini, Onion, Bell peppers, and Jalepeno  pepper. Cook down. Take grands jr golden layers and flaten like making mini  pizzas place on nonstick cookie sheet. Add Chicken and Vegetables on top and  place in 400 degree oven for 8 minutes. Add shredded cheese to top and bake f or another 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serving Size: 5 ; Calories 167  per  biscuit ; Carbs 19 ; Fat 5 ; Protien 10 ; Sugar 4 ; Sodium 691

Friday February 10, 2012 

  Day 12 of Insanity. The warm-up is starting to become easier to do. I still cant do the entire thing without stopping but i am better than i was last week. This week ive worked out in the evening mostly and i feel that i work out harder and better first thing in the morning. When i work out in the evening i have to make myself workout like a chore i have to do. So next week i am going to return to the morning work outs then it will be done for the day and i wont feel like there is something i have to do every evening when i like to relax. Overall things are going good. Tomorrow completes week 2 of insanity workout.

  Today i was supposed to finish the last day of week 2 of insanity. I went to the movies so i had a small popcorn.....not good but ok. Then i went to chilies and not a good choice but i did have a salad and i made sure to dress my salad myself to make sure i wasnt over doing it with the sauce. Lol...sauce...Spent the evening with my boyfriend so i opted to chill with him instead of working out. I will have to complete the workout tomorrow so i dont fall behind my work out. Keep up the good work.

Sunday February 12, 2012 

  I don't usually work out on sunday but yesterday i chose to spend the day relaxing, and chilling with my booski. Today was the (week 2 day 14) the last day for week 2 of Insanity. It was pure cardio and today it didnt seem as hard as before to do PC....im glad its getting easier. It also was the first time i did the Cardio Abs. Im glad i am getting up off my fat booty and doing the workout everyday even though i might not want to. This week seems like it was the hardest to work out. Im 30 days into this journey and this is where i stall out usually. This time im going to push through this time and make it to two months and further so i can reach my goal. DIG DEEP if you want this!!!
MESSAGE BOARD: molove2025 Insanity Fit test, Weigh-in, and 30day photos tomorrow. Lets just say i am excited to see the results of the fit test, how this past week of insanity has affected my body, and i'm def ready to see if i see a change in my appearance since my first day.
