Weigh-In: Remember last thurdsay i bought a new scale.
Week 5: 255 lbs Week 6: 253.8 lbs Lost: 1.2 lbs
(Week 4 Day 22 Insanity). This morning i didnt feel like working out but after eating breakfast and seeing people on MFP logging there workouts made me want to go ahead and do it. I think i didnt want to do it because it was pure cardio and cardio abs today. Yea in my mind they are hard but once i am done with them i dont see why i thought i wouldnt be able to push through. Today's average HR was 172/90%. Dedication and patience is the key to weight-loss success.

(Week 4 Day 23 Insanity). I am feeling way stronger than when i first started insanity. Im kinda ready to start month 2 and really see the result. The results i saw from others were in the first month they had a little change and then at the end of the second month you really see the result of insanity. I am glad i am getting stronger and healthier. I am not tired for no reason and i feel my brain is working just a little bit better than it was. Lets finish out month 1 strong so we can see the results of month 2. DIG DEEPER!!!

I went to a banquet this evening so to make sure i didnt go over i eat light in the morning so i could enjoy the food and worry about the calories because i actually had a lot of green vegetables and i only drank water. Except for the two yuenglings i had at ruby Tuesdays i was actually surprised that two of those were only 256 calories 24oz that's equivalent to 3 glasses of water. I still managed to stay under goal and drink enough water and i didn't even workout today. My Carbs are still higher than i want but i recently changed them to 30% which lowered them and i am adjusting. I'm getting better.
MESSAGE BOARD: MoLove2025 i don't know if i am going to get to my workout today....woke up earlier than expected today.....full and busy day(im just getting home 10pm)...now i am just tired.....i could count the extra walking i did today but i think im gonna pass and just consider today a rest day

Today i got up and went to a career fair so i can obtain a career in my field. (Architectural/Civil"Structural" Engineering). I didnt get my work out in again today and i am disapointed in myself for that. I know i did do alot of walking around campus but that isnt enough for me to count. I still managed to stay under my calorie goal but it wasnt the best kind of food for me (PIZZA). Overall it wasnt good for my weight-loss goals but mentally it was perfect.

(Day 24 Week 4 Insanity) I missed two days of insanity or any kind of workout...except for some walking around campus. I am glad that i got to my workout today....STAY STRONG.....also i noticed my heart rate intensity has dropped which means i am going to have to step it up a notch. DIG DEEPER!!! Lets finish out month 1 strong!!!
MESSAGE BOARD: MoLove2025 i've been busy for two days and havent gotten my work out in....i did do good with my calorie goals though....im glad im back to my workouts!!!

Today i got up and helped my boyfriend aunt move out of her apartment. I was moving boxes up and down those stairs. When i checked on MFP to see how much i burned it was 800 cal. Since i burned so much i decided to skip my insanity workout. I will be back at it tomorrow.

(Week 4 Day 25 Insanity) I love how insanity makes me feel after a workout, especially when at the beginning i dont think i will be able to finish. There is something in me that makes me want to push harder and finish. I think its because i know that all the hard work will pay off later. It kinda like how i went through college some days i didnt think i could do it but i would get up and go to class and push through all the hard work because i knew the reward at the end would be Fantastic. I guess you can say i am a motivated go getter. Lets finish out week 4 strong even though i missed 2 days from the workout this week.
